我的C6657EVM，上电从FLASH引导，启动OOB，发热特别大，五分钟后就能达到60-70°，整块板子都很热，请问TI工程师，这正常吗？C6657这块芯片1G频率运行，功耗有多大？非常感谢。
EVM6657上有散热器，能满足在常温下正常工作，目前看到的EVM确实比较热，但是也没有发现问题，是可以满足芯片正常工作的。
