在ccs中，加载了I2cClkEnable，能对i2c1下的芯片进行正常的读取操作。
现在想在dsp端同样的对芯片进行读取操作，但是i2c1好像没有正常工作，想问应该
怎么初始化以及使能i2c1？非常感谢各位能提供帮助，谢谢！
先确认一下其他核，如A8是否已经初始化并占用了这调总线，如果被其他核占用的话，可能会出现冲突或者超时。
