在dm365平台上,如何设置h264编码器输入参数，以控制h264编码的码率？目前我在运行dvsdk_2_10_00_17\dm365_codecs_01_00_06\packages\ti\sdo\codecs\h264enc这个例子，修改targetBitRate，QP这些参数虽然能够改变码率，但是实际统计出来的码率值却和设置的有一些差距，请问该问题如何解决？
