在我们的程序里使用cropHeight 参数会导致h264转码的帧率下降，这个现象在dvsdk4的测试程序中同样出现，请问这是否正常？
另外有没有在不降低帧率的前提下去掉图像抖动和解决图像绿边的办法？
请问图像抖动是否和硬件工作不稳定有关系？
