dm355不能启动

以dm355芯片做了块板子，

在使用JTAG仿真器调试硬件模块，flash、串口、ddr均正常，并且检测复位电路，电源电压都正常。

将uboot成功烧写到FLASH后，dm355不能正常启动，串口无任何输出。uboot文件编译正常，在其他板子上能正常启动。

请问可能的原因都有哪些？
