我目前无法确定是否是板子的原因，建议你可以问问代理手上是否有空闲的AMC2PCIE及EVM6678，然后按照如下步骤交叉多试试几块板子，确认问题后反馈给代理。
1 配置为No-boot烧写最新的IBL；
2 将EVM拨码成PCIe ROM boot。
