错误的情况是编辑顶层Rule.make的SYSTEM_PLATFORM=EVM的时候编译uboot的时候不过
错误信息是：
common/libcommon.a(cmd_ipnc_ff_init.o): In function `do_cmd_ipnc_ff_init':
cmd_ipnc_ff_init.c:(.text.do_cmd_ipnc_ff_init+0x2c): undefined reference to `ipnc_ff_pll_init'
SYSTEM_PLATFORM=IPNC的时候就通过了，整个包源代码我都没改过，求大神解救。
