CCS debug时可否更改全局变量的值？

环境：CCS Version: 5.4.0.00091  + XDS100V2

需求：Debug时，在程序Run的同时，通过Expression窗口 更改 变量的值来进行调试。

 

遇到现象：程序在Run的时候，变量显示为unknow，无法更改。点击Suspend后才能更改。

想请问如何才能在Run的过程中更改 变量 的值？
