am335x 内核在启动卡在 了UBIFS: start fixing up free space

请问一下,我这里有一块板子是参考am335x-evm而做的板子ddr和nand flash是和am335xevm一样的。之前有过一版,系统跑的很正常。

现在我们做了第二版,arm这边改动很小,只将DDR3由MT41J128M16JT:G125改为了MT41J128M16JT-125:K。但是将nand flash烧入

完之后,在启动内核的时候卡在了UBIFS: start fixing up free space这一步。具体启动信息见下面:

出错位置以标红,每次启动都会开在UBIFS: start fixing up free space这一步。但是出错信息每次并不一样。

请问这与DDR是否有关系?
