sysBios与IBL没有依赖关系，IBL可以理解为一个二次加载的中间文件，是否需要IBL取决于是否需要二次加载。

我可不可以这样理解：如果c6678的版本为2(第1版有pll问题，必须用i2c来修正)， 我可以将sys bios烧进 spi nor , 可以不需要其它任何东西，直接启动？
