我在用CCS v4调试dm365的时候，点connect target出现了Error connecting to the target:

Error 0x80002240/-116

Fatal Error during: Initialization, OCS, Control,

无法连接，请问应该怎么办？我的仿真器是xds100v2。刚接触CCS，谢谢。
