I'm having an issue with certain custom boards with the AM3358 processor halting.I can't get any message using serial. The AM3358 is running in 1Ghz.
When the AM3358 running, I measure the voltage of VDD_MPU and VDD_CORE. VDD_MPU‘s peak to peak voltage is as high as 330mV, minimum voltage 1.137V, maximum voltage 1.473V, exceeding the datasheet requirements of 1.272-1.378V.
Is the range(1.272V-1.378V) Vpp, ripple or rms?
