可以的C和C++都可以，VLIB库也可以用在CCS3.3中，不过建议升级到最新的CCS5比较好：

严格意义上来说，不能说CCS是否支持C++，而是某个编译器是否支持C++。请参考相关编译器的说明文档。
VLIB库编译使用的编译器版本，应该和你使用的编译器版本一致或者是低才能使用。
