板子是自己做的，电源芯片采用的TPS54610，利用PG管脚保证上电顺序，上电顺序是按datasheet来的，先3.3再1.8，最后1.2，IO口电源的监测管脚压值正常，但VCCMON一直没有电压，而且CCS连不上板。
请教高手们原因出在哪。
晶振是正常的，从SYCLK4输出的时钟是pll1输入时钟的1/4
补充：电流很大，5v电压输出，电流有0.66A，就是空板，没跑程序啊，功耗怎么可能这么大？
