DSP无法加载程序，处于复位状态

你好，使用主备电源对C6415供电，进行主备切换时，电压有6ms左右的掉电过程，重新加载后DSP无法加载程序，用xds50连接DSP时，提示它处于复位状态。期间重新复位DSP也无法加载，只能重新断电，再加电才能恢复正常。向你请教一下，这种现象的原因。
