多次重装CCS4.2，XDS100驱动仍然未正确安装

重装CCS4.2，装好之后无法使用XDS100V2进行在线仿真（以前是可以的），操作系统：Windows 7 旗舰版 32位 SP1 ( DirectX 11 )，CCS具体版本：4.2.0.10018

 设备管理器中信息如附件所示，在我插上仿真器时是如此显示。没有连接仿真器时就没有“其他设备”这两个设备

 

请问我该如何解决此问题？
