targetfs这个文件夹是做什么用的？里面有些文件怎么带锁呢？
targetfs 指的是 目标板的文件系统
sd卡 里面的文件系统是由这个targetfs生成的吗？
是不是我把自己的文件放在这个targetfs里面经过./build-core-sdk.sh dra7xx-evm 就可以做到目标板的文件系统里了？
