我们项目使用的是L138芯片，需要在uboot里就加载和更新DSP程序，
那么我有个问题：这里的DSP程序是烧录在SPI flash上的，我用CCS5.4编译以后的
生产的DSP程序是.out格式。我需要烧录在spi flash上的程序需要进行格式转换么？用什么工具，有什么说明文档吗？
