参与C6678的研究有一定时间了，一直不明了C6678的PASS部分的作用。在正常使用中需要将该模块上电吗？它的功能是什么？有自己独特的功能，还是是哪些模块工作的前提呢？
PASS是一个单独的模块，需要上电，主要是用硬件实现网络层拆组包、路由等相关的功能，如果没有这个PASS，则需要占用DSP core用软件来实现这些功能，具体功能可以查看Netcp user guide，实际应用中如果不用这个模块，可以bypass。
那就是说，只有使用网络接口的时候才需要使能它，对吗？
对，PA是Netcp中的一个子模块，主要负责网络包的硬件加速处理。
