这句话的意思是Channel A在传输模式中会使用WAIT管脚。
如果Receiver端来不及接收，它就会发出一个WAIT信号让外设暂停发送，等到下一个next word再发。
如果外设来不及接收，外设会发出一个WAIT信号让Transmitter端暂停发送，等到下一个next word再发。
这些在SPRUH79A第1475页对WAIT信号有详细说明。
额，差不多是这个意思，反正就是发送时会受到WAIT管脚的影响。关键是不知道怎么理解这个honors,其他的都还好翻译，谢谢了
