dm642用于采集视频时速度上限多少，每秒可采集多少M的视频
主要是受限于PCLK的最大值。PCLK的最大值请参考数据手册时序部分。
视频发送也不能只看PCLK，因为每帧数据都会有无效的点和无效的行，去除掉后才是实际传输的有效数据。
pclk为12MHz，大概速度多少呢
