请问在ipnc8127的demo中有没有真正利用RTCP的监控信息作为反馈，来控制前段的码率呢？我查代码的时候只看到了printQOSData()用来输出网络状况

DM8127的参考设计里面的码率控制算法是事先对h264编码设定好的，没有网络的反馈。
看来RTCP只是给出了一些统计信息，具体的前向反馈的算法还是要自己添加呀，多谢了！
