使用CCS3.3连接DSP6713时，使用的仿真器是TDS560，报错提示是：cannot halt the processor，无法停止目标版CPU。仿真器是好的，在相同型号的板子上试过，是没问题的，能够顺利连接上。报错信息如下：
测试环境都一样，只是换了块相同型号的板子是吗？
先量一量不能连接的板子的CLKOUT2，CLKOUT3管脚有没有时钟输出？
