找了大半天没找着....
根据 Makefile 找到了---> boards.cfg :在配置文件中找倒对应的板，
比如我的:
254 Active arm armv7 am33xx ti am335x am335x_boneblack am335x_evm:SERIAL2,CONS_INDEX=2,EMMC_BOOT,MMC
将 SERIAL1 改为 SERIAL2 ,CONS_INDEX=1 改为 CONS_INDES=2,就可以了
如果硬件已经支持了，可以在set bootargs是设置输出ttyO0
include/configs/*_evm.h文件，比如某平台从uart1改成uart3，基本类似
#define CONFIG_CONS_INDEX 1
#define CONFIG_SYS_NS16550_COM1 OMAP34XX_UART1
#define CONFIG_SERIAL1 1 /* UART1 on OMAP3 EVM */
修改为：
#define CONFIG_CONS_INDEX 3
#define CONFIG_SYS_NS16550_COM3 OMAP34XX_UART3
#define CONFIG_SERIAL3 3 /* UART3 */
