我使用的是广州创龙的开发板，有几个问题需要请教一下：
1. 开发板提供的GEL文件CPU频率有456MHz，开发文档中也有说明，1.3V下频率可以达到456MHz。
请问在配置Global Settings时，CPU Speed In MHz是否也应该改为456？
