32MB地址空间是线性地址空间，针对Nor flash, Asyn SRAM等有data bus和address bus的异步memory的寻址空间。
而NAND flash是没有address bus的，所以没有线性地址这一概念，地址是通过data bus传输的，所以理论上可以访问无限大的nand flash.
