我现在遇到一个很奇怪的问题，通过SD卡启动，能正确读到nand的型号和大小
但在uboot下：执行如下操作

nand写成功，但是再去读的时候，报ECC: uncorrectable.这个错误
请问最有可能是哪里出的问题呢？能否给一些建议。。
