TI的工程师们：请问下0x8000 0000 这个地址开始的128KRAM和L2RAM 有什么区别，我怎么感觉这个地址的RAM速度比L2RAM慢一些？
这段地址是为了和OMAP-L138兼容，在OMAP-L138上叫Shared RAM, 在C6748上只有DSP核，所以改名为on chip RAM, 可以理解为L3, 速度要比L2慢些。
那么这个L3RAM 和DDR2相比。那个快一些呢?我在C6748芯片资料上看到DDR2最大支持156M的。
On-Chip RAM快些，片上RAM速度会比片外RAM快。
