sdk7.0解压出来的文件系统有四百多兆，请问怎么生成只有十几或二十多兆的ubifs

您解压的是tisdk-rootfs-image-am335x-evm.tar.gz这个文件吧，这个确实比较大，因为包含了很多内容。
同级目录下还有个arago-base-tisdk-image-am335x-evm.tar.gz文件系统，这个是精简的，只有几十M
