        我在ISS代码issdrv_ispApi.c中的Iss_ispControl函数中修改rszBSetOutConfig(int inWidth, int inHeight, int outWidth,int outHeight)函数的outHeight和outWidth值，原图像从IPIPE模块中输入，分辨率为1920*1080，输出我修改成比这个小的图像可以正常显示，但是改成比较大的值，图像会出现上半屏部分花屏，下半屏正常显示的情况
