各位好！咨询一个问题。我们自己做的C6748的板子，前面焊的10多块都正常，DSP能跑到456M主频正常运行，但是昨天焊的一块板子，跑456M的就死掉，而且死在PLL函数那里，300M的能跑。请问下有可能有哪些原因导致该问题？？
补充一下，晶振正常，1.3V电压也正常。
供电电压纹波是否在手册范围内？
