TVP5150现在没帧图像都是隔行扫描分为奇偶场两帧来发送，请问是否可以修改为每行扫描作为一帧来发送呢？

你的初衷在于想要省略后端的DE-interlace操作，但是5150本身没有内置该模块。
所以答案是做不到。
