我在使用同一个uImage，分别从nand启动和sd卡启动时发现，从sd卡启动速度快很多，感觉没道理，可能是什么原因？
sd耗时380ms左右，nand要几秒。
1，不知道您用的是什么型号的NAND，可能需要根据这个型号的NAND的datasheet优化GPMC的时许。
2，U-boot默认NAND读写没有使用DMA，可以把GPMC读写改为DMA读写方式
