将DM385 SDK从3.5升级到3.8之后，face detect（人脸识别）耗时有6、7ms增加到45ms左右，时间主要都花在等待FD_CTRL寄存器Process finish flag.标志位FINISH位为0.为什么升级了SDK之后会这样？怎么能够解决该问题，让耗时降下来。
