最近做个图像识别的项目，

遇到个问题，要识别的车牌在动，采集的图像模糊不清，有拖影的现像，使得识别无法进行。（硬件方面是通过ＮＶＰ１１１４采集模拟摄像头视频数据的，分辨率７２０　*　５７６）如图（采集到的单帧效果）

正常应该是

求教大家这种问题是什么原因产生的，如何解决这个问题？
