可以查看TI官网，http://focus.ti.com.cn/cn/docs/prod/folders/print/tms320c6748.html，支持1.8V和3.3V两种电平。
C6748的I/O分为3个group，供电也是独立的，IO电平是根据供电电平来的，可以支持1.8V或者3.3V两种。
