关于am335x网络不通的问题

1. 板子1：晶振24mhz，拨码开关sysboot15:sysboot15=01(对应24mhz)
uboot： psp06.00.00.00(sdk6.0里的版本)
网络：可以顺利的连上千兆网络，但不能连上百兆网络
PC：百兆千兆电脑各一台

连千兆时：U-Boot# ping 192.168.135.221(使用千兆网卡PC)
link up on port 0, speed 1000, full duplex
Using cpsw device
host 192.168.135.221 is alive

连百兆时：U-Boot# ping 192.168.135.221(使用百兆网卡PC)
link up on port 0, speed 1000, full duplex
Using cpsw device
ping failed; host 192.168.135.221 is not alive

注意：speed 在两种模式下没有变化，百兆应该是100

2. 板子2：晶振25mhz，拨码开关sysboot15:sysboot15=10(对应25mhz)
uboot： psp06.00.00.00(sdk6.0里的版本)
网络：不可以顺利的连上千兆网络和百兆网络
PC：百兆千兆电脑各一台

注意：板子硬件都是绝对没有问题的

连千兆和百兆时：ping 192.168.135.221

现在的问题是：在25mhz的时候，终端会打印超时的提示（如果我拔下网线再ping，也是提示超时），硬件上我量了一下，在25mhz晶振时，当
连接千兆以太网的时候，AR8031的GTX_CLK还是25Mhz，而不是需要的125Mhz，就是说千兆网络的时候，CPU不能按照正确的逻辑与PC进行协商，
从而导致协商失败，终端给出超时的提示。
板子1虽然连接也失败，但是没有报超时的错误。因此还是这个GTX_CLK时钟不对。
