如果是DM81xx系列的话，你去追一下Rules.make里面选择哪种大小的DDR，追踪一下选的文件有哪些不同。
是的，我用 的是ti8147,现在要把4个128M的ddr换成4个256M的ddr,ddr的型号都是一样的；
改了容量之后除了应用层，u-boot和内核需要改动什么地方呢；

uboot里在board相关的文件里，配置ddr大小、启动参数ddr相关的。
配置从哪边开始的呢 有初始化函数吗
可以举个例子吗
dm385好像在这个uboot/iclude/configs/dm385_ipnc.h里配置的，你针对自己板子找着看看去
