有关TMS320C6657通过SPI Boot Device的问题，求解答。

你好 我是TI新手 准备通过SPI实现TMS320C6657的Boot Device。
在TMS320C6655/57的Data Manual的31页“Table 2-15 SPI Device Configuration Field Descriptions”中“8-7 Chip Select The chip select field value”、“6-3 Parameter Table Index Specifies which parameter table is loaded”这两项怎么理解？没有位的参数选择说明啊？

另外一项“12-11 Mode Clk Pol / Phase”如果设置，和32页的“Table 2-17 C66x DSP System PLL Configuration (1)”中的位是冲突的，怎么理解了？

另外评估板TMDSEVM6657LS中的Boot Device是不是通过SPI实现的，有没有驱动程序？
