TMS320C6474FZUN2 NRND Issue

         TMS320C6474FZUN2 is NRND in TI Wed. TI can’t accept new order for this part.

         So if we can replace TMS320C6474FZUN2 by TMS320C6474FGUN2?

         TMS320C6474FGUN2 is active.

         From datasheet, I can see they are the same :

         1, P-P

         2, Op Temp: 0-90℃

         3, 1.2GHz

         Is there a difference? Only RoHS or Pb-Free?

    They are pin-pin compatible. The difference is 

     

    PACKAGE TYPE(B)

    CUN = 561-pin plastic BGA (lead-free die bump and solder balls)

    GUN = 561-pin plastic BGA (leaded [Pb] solder balls)

    ZUN = 561-pin plastic BGA (lead-free solder balls and leaded [Pb] die bumps)
