请问dm8168在进行ccs调试时，sw4和sw3拨码开关应该怎么设置，（我按网上所说设置为0000000000和00，可是运行程序时，只运行了三步就停止了，）

还有想启动sd卡的linux操作系统时，设置了11101000000和11，可是串口中没有任何输出，还应该怎么设置？谢谢。
