速度之分我暂时没有得到明确的回复，通常都是在几MHZ。如果您对速度有要求，可以使用PRU的GPIO。

我没有找到关于AM62x的数据，但是在AM335X上有做过测试数据可以达到200MHZ，可以做参考。
