如题，用仿真器烧写程序，用的是厂家提供的NANDWRITE.out程序，提示完成烧写，但是无法启动，可能是什么原因?
.bin文件只有50k多，源程序调试没什么问题。
1. 检查一下boot mode管脚是否设置成nand flash启动模式？你的硅版本是多少？NAND 16 boot mode is not supported for ROM revision d800k0022. 看一下你的nand flash是否是c6746 ROM bootloader支持的？见下面的bootloader文档Appendix B Details of Supported NAND Devices。http://www.ti.com/lit/an/spraat2f/spraat2f.pdf
2. 检查一下GEL文件的一些初始化代码有没有在AISgen tool配置好，如片外DDR等
