TPS65217C 输入电压PIN42 为5V,输出 PIN43引脚输出电压量测变为3.9V了，不知道什么原因？

也就是laod switch输出异常，有没有更换芯片确认是否是芯片损坏了？
测试了3块板子，都是同样的输出电压大概3.96V，迷茫中，不知道哪里出问题了

确认是TPS65217C， LDO 3.3V输出， 不是TPS65217A.
如果是TPS65217C，有没有更换芯片确认？
确认是TPS65217C,丝印很清晰的
测试一下输入输出阻抗，和单体芯片比较一下，看是否芯片损坏？
是否确认到问题？
