周期性点亮小灯工程转成的.bin文件烧写到SPI flash里之后没有任何反应，到底怎么回事啊？？
需要注意仿真器调试时候，加载有GEL文件。而自启动时候，GEL文件中的初始化程序等，是否也移植到主程序中了。因为GEL文件中的内容，是不会随.out文件进入.bin文件的。
