问题1：在<pdk>/packages/ti/drv目录下，对于CAN驱动，为什么没有封装类似于SPI和I2C的驱动接口，而只有最底层的CSL接口；
不是所有的外设都有例程测试的。
我指的不是例程，比如针对GPIO，它就封了挺多层接口的，对上层使用很方便，gpio_drv.c->gpio_v0.c->gpio.c->csl_gpio，然后上层只需要使用gpio_drv.c的接口就行了，但是对于can，只有一层csl_can，是还没实现还是什么原因？
