我们在tds里面，设置rd-cycle-ns = <37> , we_on_ns = <15>有些问题请教
1. 37是ns(纳秒)吗？我看手册，写的是clock,是37个clock，另外，它最大值只能到0x1F,到不了37？上面的值是我参考人家的开发板demo
2. we_on_ns = <15> 这里15是指纳秒还是指clock的个数？我们是同步 复用，16bit模式

是纳秒级别，这里的0x1F不是表示0x1F ns，而是表示0x1F个GPMC clock。
