We are doing a simulation of DDR4 (Part number is NT5AD512M16C4-JRI ) ，The following three pieces of information related to the controller are missing, please help provide them.
1. Controller specification (for ADD / CMD / CTRL and data read/write)
2. Controller sub-model name (name must be the same as controller’s IBIS file) :
a. CK/ ADD / CMD & CTRL : Driving model
b. DQS / DQ & DM : Driving model with cycle
c. DQS / DQ : ODT model with read cycle
3. DRAM MRS configuration and setting by controller (ODT setting with write cycle; driving settings with read cycle)
