SMJ320C6701GLPW14 在手册提供的数据标准环境下，外围电路是按照规格书推荐的电路设计的，锁相环锁不住；时钟不正常；经过多轮调试，Cpu仍然无法正常工作。
请问有没有大神指点一下有可能是什么原因呢
