cdb如何转换为tcf

现在做的工作就是 将 带有*.cdb BIOS  的 CCS3.1 的工程  移植  到  CCS5 里，正确的做法该怎么做？是先转换 cdb 为 tcf 吗？然后再将.c 和 .h 文件 添加至工程？如果是 BIOS 该怎么转换？如果不是，正确的移植方法是？
